Frequently Asked Questions

Question:

Can I really buy a piano without trying it first?

Answer:

We think so. This online space provides a comprehensive and transparent portrayal of our instruments. Through the video, audio, photos and technical details, you can have confidence this is the piano you’re looking for.

Question:

Do you offer customized pianos?

Answer:

Yes. If you’re looking for a different look, feel, or tone for one of the pianos in our inventory, we are happy to work with you to create the perfect instrument. Some customizations may require additional charges—i.e. custom finishes.

Question:

Can I have an independent technician inspect the piano for me?

Answer:

Absolutely. We are happy to provide your chosen technician access and all technical details to the piano.

Question:

Can I return a piano if I don’t like it?

Answer:

If you are unsatisfied with the piano, we’d prefer to do what it takes to make it what you expected. If we can’t, to return the piano you will need to pay return shipping and a 10% restocking fee. You can find our full return policy here.

Question:

Are your prices negotiable?

Answer:

Our vision is to end the ambiguous buying process you’ll find at any piano showroom. We don’t use salespeople to sell the pianos, we rely on the piano itself. Our prices are fixed so that you can believe in our transparency, honesty and straightforward approach to piano sales.
